the idea of retirement age for 33 year length is brilliant one. who so ever has given has a brilliant mind.and it is justified because 33 year service is not so short as it is in defence. like 15 year etc. and if govt. want to create jobs to give youth then it become necessary. and newly govts. promise to youth may be fulfilled.
